Manages the Semizbai mine, implements the goals, objectives, policy and strategy of the Partnership, monitors and ensures the fulfillment of production tasks for the extraction and processing of solutions to obtain finished products, transportation of finished products and dangerous goods for the production needs of the mine, with strict observance of technological parameters.

A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He was born in 1988.

Temenuly Zhomart graduated from K. I. Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University in 2010 with a degree in Hydrogeology, in 2013 he completed a master's degree in Economics and Business at the Kazakh-British Technical University.

He started his career in 2010 at Semizbai-U LLP at the Semizbai mine as a geotechnologist Engineer. Over the years, he held the positions of head of the production department, director of the logistics department, head of the department for optimizing the processes of the geotechnological field. In May 2024, he was appointed director of the Semizbai mine.

The total work experience is 14 years.
